Refund policy
当ストアでは、商品到着後30日以内であれば返品をリクエストできる30日間返品ポリシーを設けています。
返品の対象となるのは、タグが付いていて、未使用または未着用で受け取った時と同じ状態であり、かつ元のパッケージに入っている商品です。購入時のレシートまたは証明も必要となります。
返品を開始するには、island.kiss.innocent@gmail.com までご連絡ください。なお、返品は以下の住所にお送りいただく必要があります。

返品が承認された場合、返品用の配送ラベルと、商品の送付方法に関する指示をお送りします。返品リクエストなしに送られた商品は受け付けられません。

損傷と問題
商品到着後すぐに注文内容をご確認いただき、商品に欠陥、損傷がある場合、または誤った商品が届いた場合は、直ちにご連絡ください。状況を確認し、適切に対応させていただきます。
例外 / 返品不可の商品
一部の商品（食品、花、植物などの生鮮品、特注品やパーソナライズされた商品などのカスタム製品、美容製品などのパーソナルケア用品）は返品できません。また、危険物、引火性液体、ガス製品の返品も受け付けておりません。特定の商品の返品に関してご不明な点やご心配な点がございましたら、お気軽にお問い合わせください。
残念ながら、セール品やギフトカードの返品はできません。
交換
ご希望の商品を最も早く手に入れる方法は、現在お手元にある商品を返品し、その返品が承認された後に、新しい商品を別途ご購入いただくことです。
欧州連合（EU）における14日間のクーリングオフ期間
上記にかかわらず、商品が欧州連合（EU）に配送される場合、お客様は理由の如何を問わず、14日以内であれば注文をキャンセルまたは返品する権利があります。上記と同様に、商品は未使用または未着用で受け取った時と同じ状態であり、タグが付いていて、元のパッケージに入っている必要があります。購入時のレシートまたは証明も必要です。
返金
返品された商品を受け取り、検査した後、返金が承認されたか否かをお知らせします。承認された場合、お客様の元の支払い方法で10営業日以内に自動的に返金されます。銀行やクレジットカード会社が返金を処理し、反映するまでに時間がかかる場合があることをご了承ください。
返品承認後15営業日を過ぎても返金がない場合は、island.kiss.innocent@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
